4. Troubleshooting Guide

5. Firmware Update via SMS (FOTA)

To update the firmware remotely, ensure the device is online and has a stable GPRS connection. Use the Neomatica update server:

Warning: Do not disconnect the power during the update process (approx. 5-10 minutes). The device will reboot automatically upon completion.
