3. Troubleshooting Guide
A. LED Diagnostic Patterns

B. Common Issues & Solutions
- Device not appearing on server: Verify APN settings via SMS. Send
x1to see if the device has a valid IP address. - No Ignition Data: Check White Wire (Pin 5) connection. It must reach >9V to trigger “Ignition ON”.
- Relay/Output not working: Ensure Output 1 (Yellow, Pin 10) is switching to Ground (-). Verify maximum 500mA load.
- Low Battery Alerts: Check Pin 1 (Red) for constant 12V/24V. Many XT models enter “Deep Sleep” if constant power is lost.
- Device not appearing on server: Verify APN settings via SMS. Send
